In unserer offenen Talkrunde, sprechen wir über die oft ungenutzten Potentiale von Employer Branding und Mitarbeiter Benefits. Unternehmen haben es immer schwerer gute Mitarbeiter zu gewinnen und auch zu halten. Das Unternehmen bewirbt sich beim Kandidaten und nicht mehr anders herum. Um hier zu punkten und sich von anderen Arbeitgebern abzuheben, kann man mit verschiedenen Stellschrauben spielen. Wir tauschen uns darüber aus, wie du als Arbeitgeber deine Unternehmenskultur positiv stärken kannst, zum Beispiel durch Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und Events. Erfahre, wie du durch Mitarbeiter Benefits ganz klar deine eigene Brand verwirklichst und für potentielle Mitarbeiter deine Strahlkraft und Attraktivität steigerst.

In our open panel discussion, we talk about the often untapped potential of employer branding and employee benefits. Companies are finding it increasingly difficult to attract and retain good employees. The company applies to the candidate and not the other way around. We will discuss how you, as an employer, can positively strengthen your corporate culture, for example through further training measures and events.
